2013 Christmas Direct Fulfillment Cut Off Dates
The silly season is here again! Here are the dates you need to know if you want your customers to receive their orders before the lab cut-off dates. Please keep in mind that the courier and postal systems are under a lot of stress in the coming month, so consider promoting the “courier” shipping options to your customers. For the Australians, Australia Post is not the most reliable option so make sure you allow for up to 7 days for orders to be delivered.
Fotomerchant shut-down dates
We’ve had a very intense 12 month period and our families have insisted we spend more quality time with them this festive break. Our office will be officially closed from Friday 20th December 2013 until Monday 6th January 2014. We will still be checking support tickets during this period but will only respond to the most urgent issues that impact your business. We thank you in advance for the rest we’re all looking forward to. :)
US Photographers / Burrell Imaging cut-off dates
Burrell Imaging will be closed from the 24th of December to the 1st of January, reopening on the 2nd of January. Make sure you have all of your Direct Fulfilment orders approved and sent through to the lab before the 9th of December to ensure your customers receive their orders before the holidays.
Australian Photographers / Nulab Cutoff dates
Nulab Professional Imaging will be closed Tuesday 24 December 2013 at 12pm and re-opening 8:30AM Monday 13 January 2014. Please plan accordingly for peak Holiday courier schedules and allow for plenty of time for parcel delivery.
The following dates are to be used as guides for ordering specific products & services. The dates listed are for Australian & NZ clients. Orders must be received by 11am AEST.

- 10 DEC 2013: Any and all orders where shipping is provided by Australia Post (just to be sure).
- 12 DEC 2013: All international orders, Mounted Acrylic (Floating and Bolted).
- 13 DEC 2013: All other mounted products (Craftwood and Foamboard, Framed products, Gallery Wraps & Stretched Canvas.
- 16 DEC 2013: Canvas, Metallic and Fine art prints.

Nulab will continue to accept Fotomerchant submitted orders during the holiday season and will start reprinting on a first come ì first serve basis, once the lab re-opens in January.
