2017 Christmas Dates for Direct Fulfillment and Fotomerchant Support

The holiday season is here. Yes, already! Here are the Direct Fulfillment and Fotomerchant Support dates that you need to know to ensure that your customers receive their orders before everyone closes their door for the year.

Please keep in mind that the courier and postal systems are under a lot of stress in the coming month, so consider promoting courier shipping options to your customers. For Australian Fotomerchant users, Australia Post is not the most reliable option so make sure that you allow for up to 10 business days for orders to be delivered.

These dates are subject to courier and postal service delivery schedules which are outside of our control.

US Photographers // Full Color Dates

Full Color will be open through the holiday season and orders will continue to be processed at normal production times. We recommend that all orders processed through Full Color be submitted for printing no later than Tuesday, December 19 2017 in order to arrive before Christmas.

Australian Photographers // Nulab Dates

Nulab Professional Imaging will be closed Friday, December 22 2017 at 12pm and re-open Monday, January 8 2018 at 8:30am.

The following dates are to be used as guides for ordering specific products & services. Orders must be received by 12pm (midday) AEST on the day listed.

  • Thursday, December 7: Bolted Face Acrylics, Floating Face Acrylics
  • Wednesday, December 13: Fine Art Prints, Canvas Prints, 2″ Gallery Wraps, 2″ Stretched Wraps, 3mm Craftwood, 5mm Craftwood, 10mm Craftwood, 10mm Foamboard, 20mm Foamboard, Large flat mould (Black), Small flat mould (Black), Medium stained mould (Walnut), Medium flat mould (Walnut), Medium flat mould (White) and Medium flat mould (Black).
  • Friday, December 15: Metallic Prints
  • Wednesday, December 20: Lustre Prints
  • Thursday, December 14: Any and all orders where shipping is provided by Australia Post Standard for pre-Christmas delivery. For any shipments after this date we strongly suggest you choose a courier shipping option for orders.

Nulab will continue to accept Fotomerchant submitted orders during the holiday season and will start reprinting on a first come, first serve basis once the lab re-opens.

Australian Photographers // Bond Imaging Dates

Bond Imaging will be closed from Thursday, December 21 2017 to Monday, January 8 2018.

The following dates are to be used as guides for ordering specific products & services.

  • Thursday, December 21 (before 9 AM): Lustre Prints
  • Tuesday, December 19: Metallic Prints
  • Tuesday, December 19: Canvas Prints and Photo Canvas Prints
  • Wednesday, December 6: Bolted Face Acrylics, Floating Face Acrylics and Free Standing Acrylics
  • Tuesday, December 12: Black Art Mounts and White Art Mounts
  • Friday, December 8: 2 Inch Gallery Wraps, 3 Inch Gallery Wraps and 3 Inch Print Wraps
  • Thursday, December 14: Any and all orders where shipping is provided by Australia Post Standard for pre-Christmas delivery. For any shipments after this date we strongly suggest you choose a courier shipping option for orders.

Bond Imaging will continue to accept Fotomerchant submitted orders during the holiday season and will start reprinting on a first come, first serve basis once the lab re-opens.

    Again, I am submitting a formal complaint on http://MelissaWilliamsBrown.com (54.215.0.71 hosted at AWS) but a Fotomerchant client.

    Here are screenshots, a zip file with the HTML of of the SIX versions of the “About Melissa” section [http://melissawilliamsbrown.com/aboutmbwb9] in past month. She identifies me by my first, middle, and last name. With statements that I am a convicted drug dealer, drug addict, mentally ill — among other things. Is this how I photography merchant website should be used?

    Also, I’ve attached TIME STAMPED change logs which captured the abusive activity.

    The website changes the URL many times and modifies the text. In doing so they are putting more content for Google to crawl. Lately, when people search for my name on Google they find several pages of this malicious content coming up.

    Fotomerchant provides the shopping cart for melissawilliamsbrown.com and are listed as registrant for the this website. I have complained over 8 times to Fotomerchant over past year and got no response. Even though the website has blatantly, repeatedly violated Fotomerchant’s “terms of service” listed in section 7.1 [http://www.fotomerchant.com/about/terms/#7]. I am escalating this to Amazon Web Services (where you purchase server space) since Fotomerchant has done nothing. This hateful content is against Amazon’s terms of service as well and this email is being sent to them also.

    This has been an ongoing, recurring problem for over a year now. I would like an update on what is going to be done as soon as possible.
